What you'll do

Itinerary
Night 1: From Hanoi to Ha Giang
The tour begins with a pick-up from your hotel in Hanoi at 6:30 pm. You will then be driven to My Dinh bus station, where you will board a sleeping bus to Ha Giang. The journey takes around 8 hours, and you will arrive in Ha Giang between 3 and 4 am the following day. Upon arrival, our driver will pick you up from our office to take you to a local hotel where you can rest and freshen up.
Day 1: Ha Giang – Quan Ba – Yen Minh
After breakfast at around 6:30 am, we will start the tour at 8 am. Our first stop is Quan Ba’s Heaven Gate, which is located 46 km away from Ha Giang city and takes about 1 hour and 20 minutes to reach. Here, we will stop at a lookout point to admire the famous view of Fairy Mountain.
Next, we will drive 7 km to Lung Khuy, where we will take a short walk (2 km) up the mountain to explore the most famous cave in Ha Giang. The cave boasts a stunning collection of stalactites and stalagmites, and walking through it is made easy with the construction of a guided rail walkway. After spending approximately 30 minutes to an hour here, we will return to the vehicle.
Our next stop is the village of Nam Dam, where we will have lunch at a local restaurant. This beautiful village is home to the Dao ethnic minority population. After lunch, we will drive to the Hmong village in Lung Tam, where we will see the villagers working on their renowned handicraft of weaving hemp into traditional clothes and fabrics. Here, you will have the opportunity to meet some of our friends and hear how they are helping the community.
We will then drive to Yen Minh town, where we will stay at a homestay and enjoy a typical dinner.
Day 2: Meo Vac Town – Ma Pi Leng Pass and Nho Que River – Du Gia
After breakfast, we will leave by 8 am and drive around 11 km to the Ma Pi Leng Pass, where we will marvel at the stunning canyon next to the Nho Que River. We will then offer you the chance to trek along the side of one of the breathtaking mountains in the area. This walk takes around 2-3 hours, after which we will be picked up by our driver at the bottom of the trek.
Next, we will return to the homestay for some lunch and rest. At around 2 pm, we will depart from the homestay and drive about 7 km to the Nho Que River, where we will take a 5-minute walk to reach the mini boat that carries us along the river. Here, we will explore the deepest canyon in Southeast Asia, surrounded by gracious mountains that guard the river. You will also have the opportunity to observe the local community’s dependence on the river for food and sustenance. At the end of our journey, we will be picked up by our driver, who will take us back to a homestay for one more night.
Day 3: Du Gia – Ha Giang.
The day will begin with a delicious breakfast and an 8 am departure. Our first destination will be the Tay village of Du Gia, which is approximately 75 km away and will take us around 3 hours to reach. Once we arrive, we will enjoy a tasty lunch before heading to the stunning Du Gia waterfall, which is a 40-minute walk from the village. If the weather permits, you can even take a dip in the small pool at the base of the waterfall. We will spend around 30 minutes to an hour here, depending on the group’s preferences and available time.
After our waterfall adventure, we will drive approximately 80 km (around 3 hours) to Ha Giang City, where we will drop you off at our office. You will have some free time to rest and freshen up before the sleeping bus picks you up at 7:30 pm to take you back to Hanoi. You will arrive in Hanoi around 4 am, marking the end of the tour.

How much Luggage should I take?
- Just bring what you need for 3 days only,
- Due to limited vehicle space and the nature of accommodation, we ask that you limit yourself to a maximum of 10kg in a backpack or overnight bag.
Can I drive on my own?
YES. but just on the easy road, you can ask Easy Rider to let you try.
Where do we meet?
- We will pick you up at your hotel in Hanoi at 7:30 Pm by car or limousine and then transfer you to the bus station (My Dinh)
- From Sapa to Ha Giang: if you are in Sapa, please come to 025 Thac Bac Str at 7:00PM, our driver will pick you up there.
How fit do I have to be?
