We are looking to recruit a Customer Services Rep that will work in our Wood Green Store. The ideal candidate for this position is able to work independently and able to take direction with ease from the Customer Services Manager. The candidate will be comfortable and charismatic when they interact with clients in person and over the phone. The person who fills this position will have the ability to thrive in a small casual work environment and still maintain a high level of professionalism and be effective while working independently. Part Time Hours including weekends are available.
Responsibilities
- Knowledge of hair extensions preferable
- Deliver high quality customer service
- Happy to wear the Beyond Hair product range
- Familiarity with EPOS/Till systems
- Ability to interact in a charismatic way with our clients both in person and over the phone.
- Daily boutique maintenance.
- Inventory management
- Comfortable with Social Media (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook etc)
- Provide coverage for any staff absence/leave
- Verifiable references
