Given the growth at Efficio, we are looking for Management Consultants to support with the delivery of client work. You will be based in the London office but may be required to be on client site up to four days a week, depending on project needs. Because of this flexibility to travel is essential.
Accountable to a senior member of the team, you will be responsible for leading specific workstreams on consulting projects. Your key role is to:
Manage the collection and analysis of client data, contributing to the development of recommendations and solutions.
Plan and implement agreed strategies, ensuring targeted outcomes are achieved.
Provide support and guidance to Efficio Business Analysts / Junior Consultants on projects, ensuring Efficio methodologies and processes are followed.
Manage key relationships with client stakeholders, leveraging your institutional knowledge and expertise, and ensuring buy-in to the agreed strategies.
